No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. Three days before arrival, a $300 deposit will be held. Any damage will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure. Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
