This private townhome has plenty of space for a large family or a group of friends that want to come to the beach to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the patio overlooking a beautiful lake or take a short walk to the beach for a gorgeous sunrise or sunsets.

Located on the south side of Sandestin Resort in the Beachwalk community, it is considered to be a very laid back neighborhood where you can enjoy sitting out either on the front courtyard or in back on the spacious patio with a view of a very nice lake enjoying your favorite cocktail. For the fourth of July and sometimes on New Year's Eve, you and your guests can relax and watch the fireworks displays from the Sandestin® Hilton– all from the comfort and convenience of your own patio! The beach is just a short but beautiful walk away!

This spacious three bedroom/three bath unit has lots of room for a family to enjoy as shown in the pictures. The master bedroom features a king size bed and views of the lake from the windows. An en-suite beautiful bathroom, with double vanity sink, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also has a lake view to enjoy. It also has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom has a set of twin beds with a sliding glass door to the courtyard. A full bathroom with tub/shower is dedicated to this bedroom.

The luxury kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets, & granite countertops and complementing backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee pot, as well as a regular coffee pot.

A short walk out of the front door and to the left will take you to the pool that can be seen from the back patio.

Enjoy this beautifully redecorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome located on the Sandestin ® Golf & Beach Resort. This wonderful townhome includes a lake view and is adjacent to shopping areas. Just a short distance away from the white sand beaches and blue waters on the Gulf of Mexico you can enjoy your perfect getaway. This townhome is also a short drive to the well known 30a area for a perfect day out. It also has a grill with a propane tank. Guests will provide the propane for any grilling that is done.

Condo is .4 miles to the beach and can also be driven to beach access.
